The store's arrangement and the parking situation made it super easy for us to check out everything. Laura was incredibly helpful, guiding us through the different choices and then allowing us ample time to think about what we wanted to buy. We can't wait for our new suite to arrive.

Last week, we visited the shop and received assistance from David, who provided a lot of useful info. This time, we returned to place an order for the swivel recliner and were helped by Jackie. I took my elderly mum to Russell Deans since she had been itching for new sofas for quite a while. Size limitations had held her back because of a vestibule and the hassle of disposing of her old ones. We chatted with Jackie, who was super helpful and explained how they could remove the feet and turn the sofa to fit through her door. Mum picked out what she liked, and we brought home the measurements that Jackie printed for us. After measuring, it looked like it would be a snug fit, but Jackie set up a trial run with a shop floor sofa before mum placed her order to ensure it would work. The delivery crew showed up the next week, and even though it was a tight squeeze, they got it through the door. Mum is thrilled now and can’t wait for her new sofa and chair to arrive. Plus, for a small charge, they’re taking away the old sofas. You definitely wouldn’t get this kind of service from those big sofa retailers. Huge shoutout to Russell Dean and a special thanks to Jackie for making my mum's day!

On Saturday, January 14th, we checked out Russell Dean for the first time to hunt for a new sofa. The store really impressed us with its variety. After some help from Jacky, one of the sales team, we finally picked a sofa. She provided us with plenty of info without being overbearing, which made us feel comfortable. All in all, the service was top-notch, and we’ll surely be telling our family and friends about this place.

They really went above and beyond to speed up the delivery just in time for Christmas '22, and I was thrilled with how it all turned out when I sat down for my Christmas dinner at my Ironworks Stone table, paired with my super comfy Niko Dining Chairs. We're a bit worried about whether the sofa will squeeze through our old building's quirky doorways, but Laura assured us we can give delivery a shot, and if it doesn't work out, we can get our money back.
